About our

Integrative Approach

Integrative Physical Therapy and Wellness was created to “integrate” high quality physical therapy treatment in addition to wellness services. Our wellness services are available to everyone. These services include: manual therapy, dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), cupping, kinesiotaping, corrective exercise education, and general fitness education.

DRY NEEDLING

Intramuscular therapy used to help decrease myofascial pain and increase range of motion.

ASTYM

Soft tissue mobilization using tools that assist in regenerating healthy tissue (muscles, tendons, etc.) and eliminate or reduce unwanted scar tissue.

Cupping

Enhance circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote your body’s ability to naturally repair restricted areas.

Kinesiotaping

Facilitate, support, or inhibit certain muscles or joints that have been injured, inhibited, or overused.

Corrective Exercises

Specific tailored exercises that are designed to help correct muscle imbalance, inhibition, compensations or true weakness.
